Creative

  • We’re looking for a passionate and driven, full-time creative to join us on our mission in creating the best social-first content on the planet.

  • NUSA STUDIOS is a social-first content studio. We’re an agile team of 12 in-house creatives, producers, shooters and editors.
  • Founded during the pandemic, we’ve created thumb-stopping content for some of the world's most recognised brands including Ford, Casio & American Express, as well as a few of the hottest startups such as Surreal, Estrid & Lucky Saint.

  • Creatively lead projects from conception to completion, whilst meeting tight deadlines and managing conflicting demands.
  • Ideate and respond to creative briefs with a social-first mindset.
  • Craft creative decks that include scripts, storyboards, art direction, cinematography, edit and music references.
  • Build and draw from a bank of existing creative references (across film, photography, design, advertising and beyond).
  • Direct talent and crew on shoot days across the UK (mostly London) to ensure we capture beautiful content.
  • Create detailed shot lists with consideration of timings, location, talent and more.
  • Lead creative brainstorm sessions and bring innovative, social-first ideas to the table.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication with clients, strategic partners and colleagues and regularly follow up with debriefs.
  • Work alongside the producer to ensure projects are delivered within specification, budget, deadlines and to client satisfaction.
  • Delegate tasks to colleagues and organise project handovers.
  • Create proposal decks and pitch fresh ideas to clients in response to creative briefs.
  • Document and troubleshoot issues ahead of time where possible.

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role at an agency, brand or as a freelancer.
  • A killer creative taste and diligence in your work.
  • A social-first skillset in art direction, copywriting and storytelling.
  • Great knowledge of content production including cinematography, composition, lighting and colour grade.
  • Ideally has on set experience in a directing or creative role.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ability to express creative ideas with simplicity and clarity.
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication with clients and the NUSA team.
  • Has a great understanding and stays up to date with the different social media platforms, digital marketing, filmmaking and current trends.
  • Independence to work on your own, take initiative and innovate processes.
  • Must be keen to learn new skills and techniques.

Creative Producer

  • We’re looking for a resourceful and driven, full-time creative producer to join us on our mission in creating the best social-first content on the planet.

  • NUSA STUDIOS is a social-first content studio. We’re an agile team of 12 in-house creatives, producers, shooters and editors.
  • Founded during the pandemic, we’ve created thumb-stopping content for some of the world's most recognised brands including Ford, Casio & American Express, as well as a few of the hottest startups such as Surreal, Lucky Saint & Estrid.

  • Winning new business through development and costing of creative proposals.
  • Onboarding clients, understanding their requirements and exceeding their expectations.
  • Creation of detailed briefs, call sheets and risk assessments.
  • Sourcing talent, locations, props, wardrobe and freelance crew to brief.
  • Building slick decks to impress clients and sell creative work.
  • Creating and maintaining complex timelines across multiple projects and allocating resources, whilst managing conflicting demands.
  • Attending and managing shoots on location across the UK, mostly within London.
  • Predicting, troubleshooting and documenting issues ahead of time where possible.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication with clients, strategic partners and peers.
  • Using creativity to find innovative solutions to difficult problems across production.
  • Managing client relationships and growing them through our work and your attitude.

  • 3+ years experience in producing commercial film shoots, either as a freelancer or part of a production agency.
  • Can bring a social-first and resourceful approach to production.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in costing and negotiating projects as well as managing and tracking production budgets.
  • Has a great understanding and stays up to date with the different social media platforms, digital marketing, filmmaking and current trends.
  • Diligence in your work and a great creative taste.
  • Experience in camera, lighting and sound recording on shoots (nice to have).
  • Understanding of post production workflows and best practices. (nice to have).
  • Experience using project management tools such as the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Float and Trello (or similar).
  • Independence to work on your own, take initiative and innovate processes.
  • A willingness to travel (both domestically and internationally).
  • Has a full clean UK drivers licence.
